Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven storytelling and actionable insights. The role focuses on designing dashboards, social listening, and AI-assisted workflows to support client strategy and internal teams.

You will partner with Strategy, Creative, and Paid Media to deliver data-driven workshops and pitches, translating complex datasets into compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Social Intelligence Analyst, or Digital Strategist in agency, media, or tech environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (desired).
• Proven track record in social listening, audience segmentation, and dashboard/reporting development.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large volumes of data into high-level strategic summaries and client presentations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Transform complex, multi-channel data into actionable strategic insights and compelling narratives that guide client strategy and decision-making.
• Design, automate, and maintain interactive performance dashboards across social, web, and creator marketing channels.
• Conduct deep-dive audience research and behavior segmentation to identify key trends.
• Monitor and analyze social conversations, competitive landscapes, and influencer impact to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI models via structured prompting to streamline data synthesis and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Paid Media teams as a data consultant during workshops and pitches.
