Senior Performance Analyst
Data Analysis helps us transform and improve DWP services. You'll use data analytics to give key, in-depth insights into how users inside and outside DWP interact with and use our services, ensuring we meet user needs and their expectations.
Pay of £73,350, plus 28.9% employer pension contributions, hybrid working with 60% home working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.

By helping people in the organisation use data more effectively, you'll have an impact on how we achieve DWP's aim to improve people's day-to-day lives and help them build financial resilience and a more secure and prosperous future.
You'll use your skills with languages like SQL & KQL and your experience with data tools such as Power BI to gain a thorough understanding of the problem, interrogating the data and refining it.
You'll also be supporting and guiding your team, leveraging your experience and skills to guide and coach them to identify problems, curate and examine data and design robust solutions.

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.

We offer competitive pay of up to £73,350.
