Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Health Plan team in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance.
2. Promoting self-service analytics to enhance customer understanding and use of data.
3. Designing programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities based on business requirements.
4. Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed.
5. Supporting data quality and stewardship to ensure data accuracy and develop new metrics.
6. Using analytic skills to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and consultative engagement skills

Experience: Experience working directly with internal customers and external provider partners. Mentorship of junior analysts is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $69,867 - $116,438
