Novatus Consulting in London seeks a Senior Consultant focused on data and AI to support strategic transformations for financial services clients. You will work with Managers and Directors to shape, deliver, and embed data and AI solutions that drive decision-making and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in management consulting within financial services, strong problem-solving, and hands-on data capabilities. The role blends advisory and delivery with hybrid office work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or advisory within financial services.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models, and transformation delivery.
• Some hands-on experience or strong interest in data strategy, data governance, analytics-driven change, or AI adoption.
• Awareness of the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, cloud platforms) and enthusiasm to deepen your knowledge.
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI principles relevant to regulated financial services, or strong interest in developing this.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Enthusiastic about expanding your expertise in data strategy, analytics, and AI, including generative AI.

Aufgaben

• Support the delivery of data and AI transformation projects across financial services, from strategy through to implementation.
• Identify and help prioritise data and AI use cases with clients, building the business case and defining success measures for each.
• Conduct analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement to help clients define and deliver data and business transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to the design of operating models, governance frameworks, and responsible AI controls that enable the effective and compliant use of data and AI.
• Assess data quality, architecture, and governance foundations to determine what clients need in place before data and AI initiatives can scale.
• Work with technical teams to help translate business requirements into data and technology solutions.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and client materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and value propositions.
• Track emerging data and AI capabilities, including generative AI, and translate them into practical applications for financial services clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting high-quality delivery and continuous learning.
• Support change management and adoption planning so that new data and AI capabilities become embedded in client ways of working, rather than one-off projects.
