Job summary

Acora is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead data and AI transformation programmes. You will own end-to-end requirements, manage Azure DevOps or Jira boards, and coordinate senior stakeholders across regions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to refine the product backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and support UAT testing while ensuring privacy and compliance requirements are embedded in the work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or project delivery experience.
• Experience with data platforms, AI/ML deployment, and analytics.
• Requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• UAT coordination and test case validation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements for data and AI initiatives.
• Translate business problems into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to validate requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Own and refine the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups).
• Work with Product Owner and Project Manager to manage scope and sprint commitments.
• Break down large data/AI initiatives into MVPs or phased rollouts.
• Support dashboard design, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Facilitate UAT and validate delivered features meet business needs.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance in requirements.
• Support change management and training for new capabilities.
