Job summary

Tarka Talent is seeking a Principal Consultant focusing on Data and AI. You will lead transformation programmes in a hybrid UK environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering end-to-end from discovery to business-as-usual.

The role requires sizable experience in complex programmes, cross-functional leadership, and a strong data/AI background. You will oversee governance, delivery structures and metrics, coordinating business, technology, data, cloud, architecture and AI teams

Qualifications

7+ years’ professional experience, including 3+ years in consulting and 4+ years within Financial Services.
Proven delivery across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and governance structures.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Data and AI transformation programmes from mobilisation to adoption.
Establish governance, roadmaps, plans, controls and programme metrics.
Coordinate teams across business, technology, data, architecture, cloud, engineering and AI.
Manage senior stakeholders with clear progress, risks and decisions.
Drive delivery performance and remove blockers across programmes.
