Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Data, AI & Performance Analytics to shape our data, AI and analytics strategy and lead a high-performing team. You will drive experimentation, measurement frameworks and forecasting to link investment with revenue and ROI.

You will own dashboards and reporting, partner with technology for scalable analytics, and champion data literacy across the business to improve decision-making and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, data science, or digital insight teams.
• Proven ability to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Strong knowledge of performance analytics in ecommerce/digital environments.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL, APIs and cloud environments (GCP).
• Proficiency with GA, Adobe Analytics and Content Square for digital measurement.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Customer & Digital Data, AI & Analytics strategy.
• Lead analytics and data science teams and drive experimentation.
• Develop measurement frameworks, forecasting, attribution, and modelling.
• Enable CRO and optimisation with data foundations and insights.
• Deliver clear, commercially focused dashboards and reports.
