Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced data/BI professional for remote work with a US-based client. You will manage data flows in Microsoft Fabric, build semantic models, and deliver Power BI reports that enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes defining AI adoption and business value KPIs with stakeholders, plus enabling conversational data access through Fabric or LLM-based tools. Strong SQL/Python skills and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2).
• Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX abilities.
• SQL and Python/PySpark proficiency.
• Experience integrating data from APIs and databases.
• Familiar with GenAI for data and prompt engineering basics.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and KPI mindset.
• Fluent English for a US-based client.

Responsibilities

• Data flows in Microsoft Fabric (ingestion, transformations, data modeling) from multiple sources.
• Design semantic models and Power BI reports.
• Define AI adoption and business value KPIs with stakeholders.
• Provide conversational data access via semantic model (Fabric Data Agent, Copilot, or LLM-based).
• Ensure reliable responses through tests, accuracy validation, and boundaries.
