Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced Analytics Architect to lead the design and delivery of bespoke data and analytics solutions for diverse clients. You will advise on best practices, develop scalable architecture, and manage Data & AI projects using Microsoft technologies such as Fabric, Power BI, and the Azure Data Platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data architecture, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Platform, and related tools.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing large-scale data warehousing and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, especially working with senior client executives.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Data & Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Logical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and structured change processes.
• Experience with data strategy development and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with data migration, governance, and performance optimization techniques.
• Exposure to both private and public sector projects.
• Additional cloud or analytics certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect.
• Innovation in delivering value-adding solutions and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of advanced data, analytics, and AI solutions aligned with client strategies.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals, processes, and data landscape.
• Design, document, and present bespoke data architecture solutions, including support for demonstrations and new project proposals.
• Advise on data management best practices, including integration, migration, governance, and performance tuning.
• Review functional and technical specifications for complex projects, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Engage stakeholders such as project directors and managers to ensure project clarity and smooth delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members’ technical and soft skills to promote growth and succession.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
