Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd in Blagdon, Somerset, is seeking Senior Innovation Technologists to support concept development and evaluate new dairy products. You will build knowledge of ingredients, packaging, and formulation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product concepts.

These full-time roles (40 hours/week) require travel between sites to liaise with departments, suppliers, and customers, driving projects from concept to launch in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Project management experience across multiple product development projects.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
• Proactive problem-solving with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence for multi-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of development projects from Gate 0 to Gate 2.
• Coordinate kitchen samples production and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers for new ingredients within set parameters.
• Demonstrate understanding of recipe formulation and ingredient roles.
• Collaborate with Process Development to identify process improvements.
• Support customer engagement and presentations.
• Arrange customer lunches and displays.
• Conduct market reviews and benchmarking to identify trends.
• Work with stakeholders to secure buy-in for First to Market ideas.
• Prepare documentation and track critical path for launches.
