You will lead customer projects, provide expert technical consultation, and ensure successful scale-up while working across sales, quality, development, and operations to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in dairy and/or non-dairy product development, ideally with customer-led technical development.
• Proven experience planning and supporting pilot plant and factory-scale trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for dairy and non-dairy applications across customer projects.
• Drive new product and process innovations including me-too and differentiated concepts.
• Plan, lead and support pilot plant and factory-scale trials from concept to implementation.
