• Extensive Lloyd's/London market experience with delegated authority premium settlement cycles.
• Strong negotiation and communication with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with dashboard-based portfolio monitoring.
• Operational autonomy in managing complex delegated authority accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own credit control management of delegated authority accounts.
• Use Power BI to monitor premium variances and portfolio status in real-time.
• Ensure timely signings and receipt of paid premium bordereaux.
• Reconcile written and paid premiums and manage outstanding balances.
• Maintain dialogue with Lloyd's brokers and coverholders for timely settlements.
• Lead meetings with underperforming brokers to address settlement issues.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams on remedial action plans.
