Job summary

Kainos is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to bridge IT capability with business needs. You will lead discovery workshops, design and configure solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.

You will guide larger teams of functional consultants within sizeable, complex programs, identify priorities, assign tasks, and manage client relationships to maximise value for their customers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform products including Sales, Customer Service, and Power BI.
• Ability to demonstrate end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform implementations.
• Experience with design, configuration, testing, data migration and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, and user training.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on complex projects.
