Kainos is seeking a Lead Low Code Engineer (Consultant) to guide a team in delivering modern Low Code solutions with Pro Code extensions where needed. You will own architecture, collaborate with customers, and mentor team members to drive growth and excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software apps including Low Code solutions.
• Technical ownership of Low Code projects: architecture, estimation, product planning and user story creation.
• Balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints.
• Expertise in Low Code design across all layers of a solution.
• Experience with CI/CD techniques.
• Assess when to use out-of-the-box Power Platform capabilities vs pro-code development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform (5+ years).
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud offerings (SaaS/PaaS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering high-quality Low Code solutions.
• Provide direction, coaching and performance development for team members.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements and mentor peers.
• Design and own architecture, estimation and planning for Low Code projects.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions across platforms.
