Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior D365 Analyst to support daily operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and our managed service partner.

You will help monitor environments, perform basic troubleshooting, manage incidents, and contribute to testing and releases while aligning with security and audit requirements. This role offers growth within a global brand and its development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and related integrations.
• Ability to provide first-line support for D365 users and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide incident, problem, and event management for D365 environments.
• Monitor and maintain D365 environments with basic troubleshooting and reporting.
• Support D365 users and resolve routine queries and requests.
• Ensure compliance with information security, risk, SOX and audit requirements.
