Costa Coffee is seeking a Senior D365 Analyst to support and maintain Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations. You will collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders and our MSP to ensure smooth operation.

The role sits in hybrid Basildon, offering growth through development programs and a path to broader IT outcomes across the Coca‑Cola system.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Integrations developed on Azure services
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Azure services (logic apps, event grid etc.)
• ITIL awareness or related service management discipline

Responsabilidades

• Provide incident, problem and event management for D365 environments
• Monitor and maintain D365 environments with basic troubleshooting and reporting
• Offer first-line support to D365 users for routine requests
• Ensure compliance with information security, risk, SOX and audit processes
• Participate in testing and QA activities for D365 releases

What you’ll do

Being a Senior D365 Analyst about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:

• Support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting.
• Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests.
• Help ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements by following established processes
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for D365 releases.
