Qualifications

Experience of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties would be essential.
Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced team members and students.

Responsibilities

Take a leadership role in delivering high-quality service provision that promotes mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and families.
Undertake needs-led, evidence-based assessments and brief interventions.
Screen referrals, signpost and assess to ensure access to the right services in a timely manner.
Liaise with community partners and other stakeholders to develop an integrated package of care.
Provide timely advice and guidance to families and professionals through duty rota.
Provide supervision to junior team members and students.
