Job summary

Marstons PLC in Wolverhampton seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead the security strategy and governance across the business. You will manage cyber risk and assurance while guiding incident response and vulnerability management in a cloud-first environment.

• Ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience influencing stakeholders and driving change across a business.

Senior Cybersecurity Manager | Up to £72k per annum + car allowance

We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead and evolve our cyber security strategy, helping safeguard our business, guests and colleagues in an increasingly digital world.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity where you'll work closely with the Director of IT, senior stakeholders and third-party technology partners to shape and deliver Marston's cyber security roadmap.

You’ll balance strategic security governance with hands-on delivery, ensuring our cloud-first technology landscape remains secure, resilient and compliant.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
