Marston’s is a leading local pub company in the UK. We are recruiting a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay. You will liaise with reception for guest requests, perform daily room checks and manage stock of tea, coffee and toiletries.

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to maintain high room standard and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with reception to meet guest special requirements.
• Carry out daily room checks and ensure stocks of tea, coffee and toiletries are replenished.

The Role

As Head Housekeeper your role will be making sure that you and your team shine at all times, just as our rooms do, to ensure our customers have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Liaising with reception is key so that any special requirements made by the guests are catered for. Daily room checks are pivotal along with making sure stocks of tea, coffee, and toiletries are replenished. Efficiency and multitasking are key as is an understanding of COSHH and following health and safety rules.
