Job summary

Oxfam is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to oversee essential cybersecurity activities across Oxfam GB and Oxfam International environments. You will lead incident response, monitor systems and user activity, and provide expert guidance to secure new technologies throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with IT, Digital, and colleagues globally to strengthen security posture and drive improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of modern cloud security principles including secure and privacy by design.
• Experience in automation and orchestration.
• Curiosity, initiative and keeping up to date with emerging threats and defensive techniques.
• Experience protecting modern technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents and ensure threats are identified, investigated, contained and resolved.
• Proactively monitor systems, networks and user activity to detect and mitigate security risks.
• Contribute expert cybersecurity guidance to the design, development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital and wider organisation to strengthen security posture and embed cybersecurity in the technology lifecycle.
