British Red Cross is seeking a Cyber Security Team Manager in the UK, hybrid role leading the Cyber Security Operations team responsible for monitoring, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management.

You will structure workloads, align priorities with the charity's needs, and act as the key liaison between operations and stakeholders, while promoting sustainable working practices and clear communication of risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security operations team.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary security staff and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security operations team to deliver services across monitoring, detection, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations ensuring controls and processes operate effectively.
• Develop and maintain an operating model for the security functions aligned to best practice.
• Act as liaison between the security team and business units, IT and external partners.
