Job summary

Airfinity Ltd is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team, delivering high-quality scientific and commercial intelligence to pharmaceutical clients. You will conduct in-depth CVRM research, translate complex data into actionable insights, and contribute to forecasting, dashboards and client-ready presentations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline, ideally CVRM-focused; PhD preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong scientific research capability with genuine CVRM expertise or interest.
• Experience in forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytic work is desirable.
• Able to translate complex scientific data into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as R, SQL, Python is beneficial.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines, launches and strategic positioning.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to bespoke forecasting and research projects, from planning through to delivery.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights, visualisations, reports and presentations.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients, bringing strong CVRM knowledge to project discussions.
