Job summary

Airfinity Ltd. is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team. You will deliver high-quality scientific and commercial intelligence to clients, applying your CVRM expertise in a data-driven environment.

You will conduct in-depth research across the CVRM landscape, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. The role spans analytics, forecasting and bespoke client projects with opportunities to engage directly with clients.

Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline, ideally with a focus on CVRM; a PhD is preferred.
• Strong scientific research capability and genuine expertise or interest within the CVRM disease landscape.
• Experience within pharmaceutical forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex scientific information into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience with data visualisation, dashboards and storytelling.
• An interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools would be beneficial.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines, launches and strategic positioning.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to bespoke forecasting and research projects, from planning through to delivery.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights, visualisations, reports and presentations.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients, bringing strong CVRM knowledge to project discussions.
