Job summary

Airfinity is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team, applying scientific expertise to deliver high-quality intelligence to clients. You will conduct in-depth CVRM research, translate data into clear insights, and contribute to forecasting, dashboards and client-ready visuals, with opportunities to engage directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline; PhD preferred.
• Genuine expertise or strong interest in the CVRM disease landscape.
• Experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex scientific information into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines, launches and strategic positioning.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to bespoke forecasting and research projects, from planning through to delivery.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights, visualisations, reports and presentations.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients, bringing strong CVRM knowledge to project discussions.
