Job summary

Airfinity Ltd is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team, delivering high-quality scientific and commercial intelligence to clients.

You will conduct in-depth CVRM research, translate complex scientific data into actionable insights, and contribute to forecasting, dashboards and client-ready reports. This role offers opportunities to engage with clients and develop CVRM analytics within a science-driven, data-rich environment.

Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline is required; PhD preferred, though equivalent experience considered.
• Strong scientific research capability with genuine expertise or interest in the CVRM landscape.
• Experience with pharmaceutical forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytical work is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex scientific information into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools would be beneficial.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines, launches and strategic positioning.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to bespoke forecasting and research projects from planning through delivery.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights, visualisations, reports and presentations.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients, bringing CVRM knowledge to project discussions.
