Job summary

Airfinity is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team. You will translate scientific and commercial datasets into clear, actionable insights for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

You’ll conduct in-depth research across CVRM, produce forecasts and bespoke analyses, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, developing into a trusted scientific partner for project discussions.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline, ideally focusing on CVRM; PhD preferred.
• Strong scientific research capability with CVRM expertise.
• Experience in forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex science into commercial insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL or Python would be beneficial.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines, launches and positioning.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to forecasting and research projects from planning to delivery.
• Turn data into insights, visualisations, reports and presentations.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients with CVRM knowledge.
