Arbex is seeking a skilled Customs and Trade Compliance professional to lead strategic outlooks, manage compliance projects, and implement robust internal controls across its multinational operations. You will collaborate with government agencies, brokers, and vendors to sustain compliance and cost efficiencies.
The role emphasizes developing training materials, maintaining AEO status, and conducting regional audits to ensure accurate entry documentation and broker invoicing.

About You
In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include:
Strategic customs outlook for Multi-National Company
Leads and supports customs/compliance projects
Develops a best practice Customs compliant program; drives internal controls to sustain compliance
Review and standardize Company’s use of third-party service providers (e.g., customs brokers, logistics) for improved compliance and cost savings.
Serve as the primary point of contact with government agencies, customs brokers and vendors
Establishes and maintains AEO or equivalent status
Develop trade compliance training material
Develop and implement an audit program to maintain regional trade compliance, including random audits of entry documents, broker invoices, entry folders, etc.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
In-depth knowledge in customs regulations
Demonstration and evidence of practical customs competence over the previous 3 years and professional qualifications in Customs Affairs
Experience managing customs compliance (Identification and correction of potential violations)
High process focus with enhanced attention to detail
Be a good communicator & able to work under pressure
Be collaborative and flexible with a strong “can do” attitude
Strong continuously improve and experience in process/procedure implementation
