Arbex is seeking an Investigation Lead within its Compliance function. You will lead internal investigations across ethics, compliance and integrity matters for a global operation, reporting to the Head of Compliance as an individual contributor in a hybrid UK-based role.

As the Investigation Lead joining our Compliance function, you will lead and manage internal investigations relating to ethics, compliance and integrity matters across our global operations. You will be responsible for conducting complex and sensitive investigations, providing independent assessments of allegations, supporting remediation efforts and helping strengthen our culture of integrity and accountability.

You will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
