Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to handle all technical issues and provide professional services.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be based at the customer site in Berkshire, providing Power System Application and IT support. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and collaborate with the UK and USA global teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  1. Monitoring customer cases through the call tracking system
  2. Handling out-of-hours emergency calls
  3. Gathering information, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving issues
  4. Assisting with the installation and testing of patches
  5. Supporting configuration management, system tuning, database cleansing, proactive system monitoring, and general system administration tasks
About you

This role requires you to be in the office every day.
