Job summary

Content Guru Limited, a leading enterprise cloud CX and CCaaS provider, seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager for our Bracknell head office. You will build strong customer relationships, identify CX/UX opportunities, and deliver consultancy to maximise value and retention.

Role involves travel to customer premises, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving adoption of the storm platform while pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a SaaS environment, ideally CCaaS/CX, with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience selling / delivering consultancy and professional services.
• Strong CX leadership track record and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers and act as trusted adviser throughout journey.
• Identify CX/UX challenges and recommend solutions to achieve outcomes.
• Organise and deliver customer workshops addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Coach colleagues in customer success principles and growth framing.
• Provide consultancy and professional services to optimise products and solutions.
• Understand storm modules to maximise adoption and utilisation.
• Identify upsell/revenue opportunities within customer organisations.
• Drive customer satisfaction across lifecycle with targeted action plans.
