Job summary

Enovis is seeking a passionate Senior Customer Service professional to lead order processing, customer communications, and issue resolution within our European direct markets. You will be the primary contact for key accounts, coordinating with Sales, Pricing and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

As a Senior Agent, you will guide the local CS team, provide technical guidance, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while maintaining exceptional service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the EU and able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately from multiple channels.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Pricing, and Master Data to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve billing and order issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily support to the Customer Service team and assist with onboarding and system housekeeping.
