Job Description:

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing packaging brand management and pre-press company. They are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their energetic, creative, and talented team. The company is passionate about delivering world-class service to its clients and welcomes candidates from any sector of print or packaging.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Account Managers by managing the artwork flow from customer brief to release to printer.
  2. Acting as the main internal contact for your designated category/customer.
  3. Scheduling artwork tasks using an online scheduling tool.
  4. Performing fit-for-use checks on customer information and preparing briefs for Artworkers.
  5. Releasing completed artworks to printers according to KPIs.
  6. Updating the Account Manager on project status and challenges.
  7. Communicating professionally with customers when necessary.
  8. Building strong internal relationships to ensure efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, flexible, proactive, and confident in communication. They should demonstrate common sense, enthusiasm, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a willingness to work additional hours when needed.
