Job Description:

Kenvue is recruiting for the position of Senior Customer Development Manager. This role reports to the BUH and is based at our High Wycombe office, with a scheduled move to Reading in Q1 2026.

What You Will Do:

The Customer Development team partners with retail, pharmacy, and wholesale clients to implement strategies and initiatives for profitable growth. The Senior Customer Development Manager will lead at least one high-priority GFO within a business unit team, serve as a role model, and deliver against trading strategies and plans aligned with company and customer objectives. Responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, executing plans with excellence, proactively seeking commercial innovations, and managing buyer contacts across functions. The role also involves inspiring and coaching direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an external perspective to anticipate marketplace changes and develop solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer contact to improve engagement and results.
  • Manage and deliver business plans, including JBP agreements.
  • Achieve NTS, TI, and GP objectives, and drive revenue growth management efforts.
  • Optimize trade investments and ensure timely, compliant financial management.
  • Deliver key initiatives and identify commercial innovations.
  • Build internal partnerships to support customer projects.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Progressive experience in blue-chip FMCG environments.
  • Proven profitable growth within customers in developed markets.
  • Experience with global retailers, pharmacy, or wholesale channels.
  • Strong experience in managing joint business plans.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to proactively address issues and opportunities.
  • Broad commercial understanding with frontline sales and shopper insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Nielsen, and Kantar.
Key Stakeholders:

Customer Development Director, Channel Directors, Business Unit Head, Customer Strategy & Planning, Marketing Directors/GMMs, Managing Director, customer development team, finance, and supply chain.
