The Customer Development team partners with retail, pharmacy, and wholesale clients to implement strategies and initiatives for profitable growth. The Senior Customer Development Manager will lead at least one high-priority GFO within a business unit team, serve as a role model, and deliver against trading strategies and plans aligned with company and customer objectives. Responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, executing plans with excellence, proactively seeking commercial innovations, and managing buyer contacts across functions. The role also involves inspiring and coaching direct reports.
