Thorn Baker's award-winning house builder is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Coordinator to join their construction team in Alcester. This role offers the chance to work with a highly successful company with over fifty years of experience across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting homeowners effectively
• Handling communications regarding defects professionally and promptly, following Customer Care Policies
• Managing correspondence and defects cost-effectively and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Identifying and resolving customer escalations and supporting complaint resolutions
• Attending site visits as needed to meet with customers and team members
• Providing weekly KPI updates
• Collaborating with departments such as Construction, Sales, Surveying, and Technical
• Issuing work orders and monitoring progress
• Ensuring compliance with HS&E policies

Required Skills:

• Experience in Customer Care within a fast-paced environment
• Housing or construction industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Calmness under pressure and proactive problem-solving skills
• IT literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of COINS is advantageous but not essential
