Senior Curriculum Leader - English & Maths

Salary: Up to £42,573 per annum (potential to apply an additional market supplement of up to £5,000) (pro-rata if part-time) (dependent upon qualification, skills and experience)

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week (52 weeks per year)

Location: Andover based

We are recruiting for the role of Senior Curriculum Leader - English and Maths. The successful applicant will lead the day-to-day management and leadership of our GCSE and Functional Skills provision at our Andover campus. You will work with your team of lecturers to develop an innovative curriculum and delivery methods that support continued improvements in learner success and achievement.

The curriculum area is undergoing exciting changes, and the Curriculum Leaders will collaborate closely with the Assistant Principal and Senior Curriculum Leaders to build on current successes and elevate the provision towards 'Outstanding'.
