Yorkshire Rose College in Doncaster is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Director to lead strategic development and delivery of a specialist SEND-focused curriculum, including Deaf students and those with learning disabilities.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee curriculum quality assurance, teaching and learning, and student outcomes, working with therapy teams, families, and local authorities to ensure outstanding education and progression into adulthood.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent, teaching qualifications and recognised professional qualifications relevant to the role.
• Level 5 or above Management qualification.
• Quality Assurance qualification.
• Experience in SEND curriculum post-16 provision.
• Minimum 5 years’ curriculum management experience in post-16 FE with SEND.
• Experience with Pro Suite or Databridge databases.
• Knowledge of Ofsted Inspection framework.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the College strategic development plan.
• Provide FE and SEND-related strategic direction to College Management Team.
• Lead on the SEND curriculum to meet EHCP outcomes and industry standards.
• Lead quality assurance and SAR/QIP processes.
• Oversee curriculum design, teaching and learning, and student outcomes.
