Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Grade 3 CT Medical Imaging Technologist to join the CT team at Clayton sites on a full-time ongoing basis. You will provide advanced clinical CT expertise and support education, training and quality improvement within Radiology.

As a leader in a large academic health service, you will coach MITs, promote patient-centred care, and participate in rotating shifts and on-call as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Imaging required (eligibility for registration as a Medical Imaging Technologist with AHPRA).
• Strong CT knowledge and 3D post-processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CT staff education, training and development.
• Provide advanced clinical CT expertise and 3D post-processing.
• Assist with CT protocol review, optimisation and quality assurance.
• Coach MITs to build confidence and capability.
• Promote high standards of image quality and patient-centred care.
• Coordinate daily CT workflow, staff, rooms and resources.
• Rotating shifts and on-call participation across Clayton campuses.
