Job summary

Capital Radiology is seeking an experienced CT Supervisor for the East Metro region. This full-time role combines clinical work with education, mentoring CT Radiographers, and leading workflow improvements to optimise scan quality and protocols.

You will travel between regional sites as needed, provide training, and drive safe CT practices in collaboration with radiologists and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CT experience across a wide range of CT examinations.
• Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students.
• Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows.
• Ability to analyse CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements.
• Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers.
• Support new Radiographers and trainees and upskill current staff.
• Help optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols.
• Contribute to operational projects and business development in the CT space.
• Collaborate with CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, and support teams to promote safe CT practices.
