Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive CT Radiographer Team Manager to lead the CT department across SJUH and other sites within the Trust. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic management to improve access, quality and safety in CT imaging.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, staff wellbeing, governance, and service development, while collaborating with CT colleagues and radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging services for adults

Competenze

• Experience leading radiography teams and managing department operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.
• Experience in staff engagement, health & safety and radiology governance.

• Lead day-to-day management of the CT department and resources.
• Support CT Lead Radiographer in service improvement and governance.
