Job summary

NUVIA UK, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, seeks an experienced engineer to deliver a feasibility study for roof refurbishment, including drawing work and cross-disciplinary coordination. The role emphasizes independent work within a highly regulated environment and collaboration with multiple engineering teams.

The position requires 5+ years in engineered design, supervisory experience, and a degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience influencing engineering practice and outcomes.
• 5 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry, 3 years ideally in the nuclear sector.
• 5 years’ engineering design experience.
• 2 years’ experience supervising engineering staff.
• Bachelor’s Honours Engineering Degree or extensive equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and broad technical knowledge.
• Self-driven with ability to coordinate cross-discipline work packages.
• Provide feedback and encourage professional development within the engineering team.
• Ability to work independently on complex engineering activities with guidance as needed.
