Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis and identify controls.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation processes.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing regulatory guidance to Operations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
