Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge across global cross-border requirements.
• Experience in risk assessment, design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Ability to interpret legal guidance across products and services.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in governance reporting, risk dashboards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess compliance risks through reviews of business activities and changes.
• Investigate potential market abuse, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Advise stakeholders on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment.
• Lead or participate in governance reporting, dashboards and control testing.
• Collaborate with LOD, legal and risk functions to strengthen controls.
