NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in Scotland is recruiting a Band 6 Senior Crisis Practitioner to assess individuals in crisis, deliver person-centred care and manage a caseload within the Community Mental Health Team. Permanent, full-time position with shift patterns across days, evenings and weekends, base location Crown House.

The Community Response Service provides urgent assessment, care and stabilisation for people experiencing mental health crises, supporting them at home or in the community to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. As a Band 6 Senior Crisis Practitioner, you will assess individuals in crisis, deliver person-centred care, manage a caseload, and work closely with the multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.
