Formación

• Extensive coaching experience at high level with track record of developing players and teams.
• Cricket CSA Level 3 or equivalent certification.

• Ability to work flexible hours including travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement coaching programs for senior and development squads, focusing on technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game.
• Lead and mentor coaching staff, ensuring consistency in coaching philosophy and delivery.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talented cricketers for the academy's programs.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis of players and opposition, formulating effective game plans.
• Manage team logistics for training camps, tours, and matches, including travel and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to cricket board regulations, codes of conduct, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with sports scientists, nutritionists, and sports psychologists to optimize player performance and well-being.
• Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of player progress, training data, and match statistics.
• Represent the academy professionally in interactions with players, parents, media, and stakeholders.
