Job summary

Person Centred Software (PCS) is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the role based in London and three days per week in the office.

You will own credit control and billing end-to-end, issue invoices, resolve customer payment queries, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, and work closely with Sales and Onboarding to keep cash flowing as we scale.

Qualifications

• Experience across billing and credit control in a busy finance environment.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes and reconciliations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Own credit control and aged debt monitoring.
• Create and issue invoices accurately.
• Handle invoice queries and disputes.
• Maintain records of communications and account status.
• Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile AR ledger and assist bank reconciliations.
• Respond to finance queries promptly.
• Support wider Finance projects.
