FläktGroup UK is seeking a Credit Control Manager based in Hereford to lead the Credit Control team, reconcile ledgers, and monitor aged receivables. This role interfaces with the management accounting team to ensure robust credit checks and timely cash collection.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of credit control processes and debt collection.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with finance colleagues.
• Ability to prepare and present aged receivables and dispute reports.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile debtor ledgers and monitor collections performance.
• Lead and support a team of three, promoting best practices.
• Prepare dispute monitoring and aged receivables reports as required.
• Ensure credit checks on new and existing customers with management accounting input.
• Process non-payment cases to debt collection.
• Report on DSO variances and support cash collection efforts.
