Title: Senior Credit Analyst

Location: London

I am representing a leading energy trading firm seeking a motivated Senior Credit Analyst to join their Risk team in London.

You will play a vital role in managing the entire credit risk lifecycle for our diverse portfolio of trading counterparties. Your expertise will be key in analysing and researching counterparties, recommending credit limits and contractual terms, and ensuring adherence to company and group credit policies. You'll be responsible for negotiating and structuring credit support arrangements to mitigate risk, while also monitoring daily credit exposures and late settlements.

To excel in this role, you will bring 4+ years of experience as a Credit Risk Analyst in a commodity or derivative trading business. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations related to contractual and credit documents is crucial. While not mandatory, a strong understanding of energy products commonly traded by leading firms will be a significant advantage.
