Championing structured documentation, change control, and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle

8–10 years+ of hands-on Business Analysis experience, ideally in regulated or operationally intense environments

~ Proven track record delivering applications that support daily business processes – whether low-code (e.g., Confident working with both business and technical teams, owning requirements, user stories, and process mapping

~ Experience designing systems for high-volume data entry, case management, or public-facing services

Background in healthcare, social services, or public sector transformation
