What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a core role in originating and executing complex M&A deals within energy transition and infrastructure, including:

  • Leading key workstreams across all deal stages
  • Preparing and presenting insightful business cases and financial analysis
  • Conducting detailed due diligence on commercial and financial risks
  • Drafting investor materials, pitch decks, and announcements
  • Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA qualified, with at least one year of post-qualification experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or financial advisory
  • Exposure to the renewables, energy transition, or infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, commercially curious mindset with strong attention to detail
