Free Soul, a wellbeing brand in the UK, is seeking a strategy-led Head of Creative Performance to shape paid channel creative strategy and lead a production pod. You will turn data into decisive direction and manage a team to deliver volume, quality, and timely campaigns that drive revenue.

You will guide both strategy and execution, collaborating with media buyers to scale concepts while maintaining brand integrity. A growth mindset and hands-on experience with ads are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance, growth, or creative strategy in a high-growth or ecommerce environment.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
• Proven track record building or improving creative systems that scale output.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across paid channels and set clear performance expectations.
• Lead a pod of creative producers to deliver volume and quality on time.
• Translate insights into testing hypotheses and scalable creative concepts.
• Partner with media buyers to scale winning concepts and report on pipeline health to leadership.
